Why Do I Practice Law?

Helping people solve their problems is why I practice law. I enjoy working with people especially solving their disputes and giving my clients peace of mind. This involves restorative justice to clients who have been wronged and also helping those who have been sued and do not know what to do. Often this is one of the most stressful events of my clients’ lives or they would not be in to see me. I try hard to communicate with my clients so they are informed about how the process works including describing the risks involved and trying to control those risks. I try to shoulder their burdens to lift the burdens off their shoulders. I like the people element the most. The law is first and foremost a “people business.”
